How to Donate

Bring your donations to our  annex, the Donation Station, at 104 Fairport Village Landing , located  between Skip’s Meat Market and Curves.

The Donation Station Hours:        Wednesday-Friday  11am-4pm

Saturday by Appointment only

  • All kinds of craft supplies, new & old
  • Everything related to sewing and quilting like fabrics, notions, buttons, batting, forms, patterns, sewing machines etc.
  • Yarns, needles, knitting and crocheting supplies, books
  • All types of needlework and supplies
  • Seasonal decorations
  • Ribbon, silk  flowers, baskets, wreaths, candles, pottery
  • Art supplies, scrap booking
  • Jewelry in all conditions, beading supplies
  • Miniatures, knick knacks, dolls, kids crafts, clean stuffed animals
  • Vintage linens, fabrics, buttons, booklets and patterns
  • Home decor items, pictures, frames
  • Greeting cards


  • No clothes
  • No damaged items
  • No dirty/musty,moldy items(ex. moldy fabric or yarn)
  • No children’s toys
  • No burnt candles
  • No wallpaper rolls
  • No chipped/cracked glassware or ceramics
  • No sheets of glass
  • No blankets, bedspreads, sheets or curtains
  • No vhs tapes
  • No pots and pans or cooking utensils
  • No large furniture
  • No craft magazines older than the year 2000
  • No noncraft  books or magazines

We try and recycle and donate items that are not appropriate for the store and that are in good condition, but unfortunately some of them have to go in the trash. PLEASE help us reduce the cost of Refuse (trash)


The dedicated volunteers of Craft Bits & Pieces sort, repackage and price your tax deductible donations for resale at the store. All proceeds from the store benefit the Senior Options for Independence (SOFI) Care Management and Transportation programs of the Fairport/Perinton Senior Living Council, Inc. These programs benefit the seniors of all Fairport and Perinton.
